Convergint Technologies LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to join our team. You will respond to service calls, support customer programs, and assist with small projects while upholding our customer-first culture.

Competenze

Minimum 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
Solid troubleshooting and repair skills for security systems.
Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel locally.
Experience with AMAG, Lenel, Genetec or CCURE/S2 is preferred.

Mansioni

Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls on security systems and perform maintenance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, and install projects as necessary.
Prepare accurate, detailed service reports for customers and invoicing.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
Ensure all work complies with Federal, State and local regulations and safety policies.
