Qualifications

• Experience servicing, integrating and programming access control, intrusion, and surveillance systems.
• Lenel OnGuard and Genetec certifications required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and systems; install projects as needed.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with team members to improve operations.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
