Qualifications

• Experience servicing and programming access control systems or security systems.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts in security equipment.
• Comfort with troubleshooting software and hardware across security systems.
• Willingness to travel locally to client sites on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine service calls for security systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems.
• Diagnose and repair access control and alarm systems.
• Install small projects and integrate custom systems as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
