Convergint is hiring a full-time Security Service Technician to support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and handling small projects. You will join a collaborative team and contribute to delivering world-class service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems, CCTV, and security hardware. A valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with CCTV and security system installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls and maintenance requests on access control systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
• Install small projects and perform system upgrades per client needs.
• Prepare clear service reports and document work performed.
