Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Security Service Technician to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, carrying out Customer Support Programs and small projects business.

You will be part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows, with opportunities to work on varying security systems and installations across our regions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Preferred field service experience and access control platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls, maintenance requests, and after-hours calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
• Provide custom systems integrations, system upgrades planning, and documentation.
