You will build strong client relationships, optimize scheduling, and ensure compliance across sites while managing budgets and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of security supervisory or operations experience.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of security systems, risk assessments, and incident response.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and performance.
• Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships and service delivery.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards while managing inventory and costs.
