Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager. You will drive daily security operations, guiding and motivating a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and protect people and property.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching, and supervising while overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards, and manage inventory of uniforms and equipment.
