Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and drive a high level of service for clients. You will guide security officers and supervisors, schedule effectively with AI tools, and ensure safety and compliance across sites.

You will develop teams, manage incidents, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with internal and client teams to deliver exceptional protection and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop security teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
