Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; control costs related to staffing and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of security officers using AI-powered tools.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary contact for clients.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, including training, safety and site standards; manage inventory.
