Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as needed.

• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and physical security protocols.
• Proficiency with MS Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with coordinated response.
• Ensure compliance and security operations excellence including training and inventory management.
