Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure safety and exceptional service for clients. You will guide staffing, oversee payroll and performance, and maintain strong client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates bring security management experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to scale teams while maintaining cost controls and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tech to meet client hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for service quality.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards and inventory management.
