Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead day-to-day security operations, build strong client and staff relationships, and ensure efficient workforce management. You will oversee scheduling, reporting, and performance processes to meet financial and service goals while staying compliant with applicable policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with supervisory experience in security or customer service, and the ability to obtain a security license if needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a supervisor in security or customer service.
• Experience in a heavy volume call center is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a security license (if required by the state).
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Report operational matters to senior management.
• Coordinate support services to meet client goals.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals.
• Record data such as call-offs, tardies and incidents.
• Maintain personnel files and workforce systems with HR.
• Assist HR with terminations, unemployment, and grievances.
• Prepare reports and correspondence and track equipment.
