Marksman Security LLC is seeking a hands-on Security Manager to oversee field operations, ensure safety of personnel, property, and assets, and lead a team of security staff. The role requires decisive decision-making and excellent communication in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate has proven security leadership experience, is comfortable in emergencies, and can provide 24/7 on-site support. Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and protocols.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate response to incidents, emergencies, and investigations.
• Provide 24/7 on-site support and advisement during critical incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for leadership.
