Responsibilities

• Conduct daily meetings with warehouse leadership to discuss security procedures.
• Participate in leadership meetings with client and Marksman management.
• Review disciplinary actions and develop Performance Improvement Plans.
• Handle conflicts and de-escalate issues on site.
• Recommend officers for promotion to supervisor when appropriate.
• Enforce company policy and ensure all officers maintain required credentials and OJT compliance.
