Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee client-site operations on the assigned shift. The role includes supervising security officers, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring high-quality security services to protect people and property.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of related experience, a valid security license if required, and the ability to manage staff with coaching and performance feedback. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years of experience as a security officer supervisor or related role.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report to Director and/or management.
• Manage a team of security officers; assist with scheduling, training and development.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance management.
• Maintain access control and CCTV systems; monitor and sign in visitors.
• Observe and document incidents; coordinate investigations and post orders.
