Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee operations in the central area. You will supervise personnel, ensure site compliance, maintain client relationships, and enforce all procedures and protocols.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure smooth operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Florida Class D Security License is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of security supervision or leadership experience.
• Flexible and on-call schedule availability.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, residents, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
• Develop site-specific security policies and procedures.
• Ensure officers perform duties including timesheets, logs, and incident reports.
• Review and verify reports and logs for accuracy.
• Address and resolve employee relations and payroll concerns timely.
• Recruit, hire, and train security officers to ensure coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with standards.
• Utilize and monitor CCTV, radios, and computers/tablets.
• Communicate important information promptly to the team.
• Manage security personnel including scheduling, coaching, and discipline.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
