Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to help supervise operations at a client site, manage staff, ensure security services and conduct training. The role involves coordinating post orders, logging incidents, and maintaining access control and CCTV use.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED) and security experience, valid license where required, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. On-site work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior security officer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Security License if required by state.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management.
• Maintain logs and post orders for emergency reference by staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Other duties as assigned.
