Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager in Tulsa to lead security services across client sites, overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance. You will champion high-quality service and workforce stability while addressing performance concerns and maintaining contractual staffing levels.

Responsibilities include selection and placement, scheduling, payroll management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment, preferably in protective services.
• Experience building and developing teams; strong leadership and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems, including MS Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for security professionals and supervisors; design development plans; evaluate low performers.
• Create and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure coverage and contract compliance.
• Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate timekeeping; resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and maintain employee morale; ensure consistent procedures across posts.
• Maintain proactive staff contact; ensure staffing levels and training; support client relations.
