Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager in Houston to lead security services across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and compliance while building strong client relationships and maintaining workforce stability.

Key responsibilities include managing post schedules in WinTeam, conducting performance improvement plans, and ensuring contractual staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.
• ASIS/CPP certification or equivalent is NICE TO HAVE (if applicable).
• Budgeting and financial reporting knowledge; interpret simple financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and placement process for new security professionals and supervisors.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules in WinTeam to ensure adequate coverage.
• Process weekly payroll and timekeeping; resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain employee relations through proactive counseling and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure staffing aligns with contract requirements and manage overtime.
• Provide escalation support for employees and clients and address performance concerns.
