Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee frontline staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance, while acting as a key escalation point for employees and clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Strong client relations and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for new security professionals and supervisors; design development plans and assess performance.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage; monitor overtime and staffing levels.
• Process weekly payroll; verify timekeeping, resolve discrepancies, and communicate status to affected employees.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and ensure proper documentation; support terminations and follow-up.
• Maintain high employee morale and ensure consistent policies and training across posts.
