Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams and leading staff.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and client-relations abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement of security professionals and first-line supervisors; design development plans and performance improvement.
• Create, modify, and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage across sites.
• Process weekly payroll and timekeeping in line with company policy; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proactive employee relations; conduct disciplinary actions and ensure proper follow up.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance and service quality.
