Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors. You will drive performance, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will oversee recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll, and evaluations, while coordinating with clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.
• Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.

Responsibilities

• Caring leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight to meet client-specific contractual hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll, evaluations and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact; ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Leverage BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency and profitability.
