Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites in the White Plains area. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while driving high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include posting and placement, WinTeam scheduling, weekly payroll, and proactive staff engagement. A minimum three years in leadership within a high-volume workforce is required, with strong budgeting and BI tooling

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation and client relations.
• Proficient with web-based apps and BI tools for metrics & reporting.
• Strong networking and commitment to safety and trust.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement of security professionals and supervisors.
• Offer initial job offers and transfers; publish Open Post List; manage openings.
• Create and modify post schedules in WinTeam; ensure proper staffing per contract.
• Maintain regular contact with staff; review No Hours Report weekly; manage under- or over-staffing.
• Process payroll and timekeeping; resolve discrepancies; maintain records.
• Conduct disciplinary actions; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Support client relations and ensure smooth operations across sites.
