Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security services delivery across assigned client sites. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance and high-quality service while maintaining contractual staffing levels.

The role emphasizes team leadership, employee relations, and proactive problem solving, with a focus on safety, reliability, and building strong client relationships across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results.
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools for metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and placement process for new security professionals; design career development and performance plans; evaluate and transfer or replace underperformers.
• Make initial job offers and transfers using company forms; manage open post list and postings within division/branch.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure proper staffing and overtime control; maintain pool of flex personnel for backfills.
• Process weekly payroll; ensure timekeeping accuracy; handle final paychecks and related payroll issues; communicate status to employees.
• Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions; initiate terminations when needed; maintain morale and proactive communications.
