Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across assigned client sites in Fort Lauderdale. You will oversee frontline hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while serving as a key escalation point for staff and clients.

You will drive high-quality service, workforce stability, and operational consistency by addressing performance concerns, maintaining staffing levels, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current drivers license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business purposes.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis, reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for new security professionals, including first-line supervisors.
• Create and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage and align with contract requirements.
• Receive weekly timesheets and run weekly payroll; maintain records and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions and manage terminations as needed.
• Maintain high employee morale and proactive communication to reduce turnover.
