Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security services delivery across client sites. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and compliance while supporting employees and clients to ensure high-quality service and strong relationships.

Responsibilities include managing selection/placement, post schedules in WinTeam, payroll processing, and employee relations. The role requires leadership in a multi-site environment and strong collaboration with branch HR

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork and client relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for security professionals, including supervisors; develop career plans and performance improvements.
• Make initial job offers and transfers; manage Open Post List and postings.
• Create and modify post schedules in WinTeam; ensure proper staffing per contract.
• Maintain proactive contact with staff and review No Hours reports weekly.
• Process payroll with company procedures; resolve discrepancies and document steps.
