Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will guide security officers and supervisors, ensuring client contractual hours are met while minimizing unbilled overtime.

You will drive safety, performance, and client satisfaction on a national scale. You will recruit and develop teams, perform payroll and reviews, and act as the main client contact to deliver outstanding security services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org.
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 3+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org.
• High school diploma with 5+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll and evaluations.
• Serve as primary client contact; ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Leverage BI tools and AI tech to track metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce overtime.
