Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and ensure safety across client sites. You will lead from the front, developing personnel and coordinating with clients to maintain high-quality service.

The role emphasizes scheduling efficiency, payroll oversight, and strong client relations, with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Understand emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Ability to manage staffing levels, control costs, and minimize non-billed overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, hire, coach, and oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships as primary contact ensuring high-quality service and safety.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
