Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will schedule with AI tools, develop teams, and act as the primary client contact to safeguard people and property.

With responsibilities spanning payroll oversight, incident response, and training, you’ll drive operational excellence while coordinating with clients and internal teams to maintain high standards and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two (2) years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen; manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers, meeting client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as inventory management.
