Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and risk assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and operational excellence: oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
