Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of management experience in a high-volume environment
• Minimum five years in private security
• Minimum two years in security management
• Experience driving operational goals and metrics
• Proficiency with web-based applications and BI tools
• Strong communication and leadership across a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers, fostering accountability and professional development
• Build and maintain relationships with a high-profile client and implement improvement plans
• Oversee service delivery while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Analyze and report operational metrics to maximize efficiency
• Identify security risks and develop response plans
• Ensure safety culture and consistent officer service across sites
