Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors. You will drive scheduling, client relationships, and incident response to ensure safety and high service standards.

The role emphasizes developing teams, overseeing payroll and performance, and coordinating with clients to protect people and property. Strong leadership and operational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license if operating company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by acting as the primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms/equipment).
