Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of management in a high-volume workforce or service industry
• Associate’s degree with 5 years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry
• High School diploma with 7 years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry
• Current driver’s license for company or personal vehicle use
• Minimum 2 years driving operational goals and metrics
• Minimum 2 years building and developing teams
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business via cross-collaboration and problem-solving
• Proficiency in web-based applications and BI tools for metrics analysis and reporting
• Dynamic networking to engage with community, clients and industry events
• Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting to support decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers with coaching and accountability
• Develop and execute client relationships and corrective action plans for improvements
• Oversee service delivery to ensure quality and compliance with policies
• Analyze metrics and KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency
• Identify and mitigate security risks and implement training plans
• Promote a culture of safety and succession planning
• Drive financial performance within portfolio via budgeting, revenue growth and cost control
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organic growth within existing operations
