Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations to manage onsite Account Managers across multiple branch locations and client sites, driving client satisfaction and top-tier security performance.

You will lead, mentor, and align teams with the iCARE Leadership approach, focusing on operational metrics, safety, and sustainable growth across healthcare, real estate, government, and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Proven management experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience driving operational goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching and accountability.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and action plans for improvement.
• Oversee security service delivery and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Analyze KPI data and drive operational efficiency via BI platform.
