Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Director of Operations to lead onsite Account Managers across multiple locations and client sites. You will drive operational performance, align with iCARE leadership, and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

In this leadership role, you will mentor staff, manage budgets, and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and service delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills; able to coach Account Managers.
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers with coaching and accountability.
• Build and grow client relationships and develop action plans for improvements.
• Oversee Account Managers to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze KPIs and operational metrics using BI platforms to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and develop security protocols.
• Foster a culture of safety and develop injury prevention action plans.
• Manage budget and drive revenue growth within the portfolio.
