Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site operational standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, supplies).
