Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead onsite Account Managers, ensuring client satisfaction and high performance across multiple locations. You will promote engagement and deliver world-class security services for a high-profile client.

You will mentor teams, oversee security programs, analyze metrics with BI tools, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and timely invoicing. Strong leadership and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• 5+ years in the private security industry.
• 2+ years in security management.
• 2+ years driving operational goals and metrics.
• Leadership skills to foster teamwork, agility, client relations and results.
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, promote collaboration, and own succession planning.
• Grow relationships with a high-profile client; implement action plans for improvements.
• Oversee service delivery while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop security protocols and training programs.
• Develop safety action plans to prevent injuries and ensure a safe work culture.
• Ensure consistent officer service delivery across multiple sites.
• Stay informed on operational, procedural and system topics affecting the guard program.
• Coordinate with security integrators and manage related projects.
