Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years management experience in high-volume environment.
• 5+ years private security industry experience.
• 2+ years security management experience.
• 2+ years driving operational goals and metrics.
• Strong leadership for teamwork and client relations.
• Proficient with web-based apps and Microsoft Office, BI tools.
• Strong networking with safety, community, client events.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers, fostering teamwork and succession planning.
• Grow relationships with a high-profile client and implement action plans for improvement.
• Oversee service delivery to ensure quality and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyze KPIs using the BI platform to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify, mitigate security risks and develop security protocols and training.
• Create safety action plans to prevent work-related injuries.
• Ensure consistent officer service across multiple sites.
• Stay updated on operational topics affecting the guard program.
• Manage invoicing processes for the client and approvals.
• Lead projects involving security system installations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with security integrators servicing the customer.
