Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide teams of officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will drive scheduling accuracy, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple sites in a dynamic environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, training oversight, and strong communication while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost control for a broad client base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company or personal vehicle.
• 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading a dynamic team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, and risk assessments.
• Ability to use web-based tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unpaid overtime.
• Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll and performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service to protect people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control (uniforms/equipment).
