Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and drive client satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, training, payroll, and performance while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, manage officers and supervisors, oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for service quality and protection of people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, inventory and site standards.
