Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Palo Alto, CA to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure excellent service to clients. You will schedule using AI tools, develop staff, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating incidents and training.

This role requires a background in security management, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading teams, building client relationships, and ensuring service excellence.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, develop, and coach security officers and supervisors, including payroll and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination.
• Oversee training, safety, and site operations while controlling stock and equipment.
