Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations and lead a team of officers and supervisors. You will guide, develop, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service while protecting people and property.

You will manage scheduling with AI tools, maintain client relationships, and coordinate responses to incidents, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in security management or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact and ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, and inventory.
