Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in San Francisco to oversee daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure high-quality service for clients.

You will schedule staffing with AI tools, develop personnel, build strong client relationships, respond to incidents, and uphold training, safety, and site standards across multiple contracts, with growth opportunities within a global security leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State/local licensing may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading teams and building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
• Enhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)
