Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead security operations for a key client in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on day-to-day account success, team development, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a full-time leadership position with a salary of $75,000/year. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and daily operations while driving service excellence for the client location.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Valid state Guard License and ongoing license maintenance required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise security operations for the assigned location.
• Supervise, coach and train Security Professionals; evaluate performance and assign tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date post orders, training and operational documentation.
• Conduct interviews and train new employees in coordination with Shift Supervisors.
• Oversee reports, logs and communications for the Security Department.
• Manage sub-units within the Security Department and coordinate extra coverage as needed.
• Respond to incidents and client needs; ensure timely reporting and escalation.
