Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Security Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising and training Security Professionals at the assigned post. You will ensure adherence to post orders, client instructions and internal procedures while coordinating day-to-day operations.

The role includes on-the-job training, performance evaluations, and maintaining documentation. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
• Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve client issues professionally and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Manager with coordination of all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the assigned location.
• Supervise, coach and train Security Professionals and evaluate work performance.
• Maintain Post Order manual and training information; ensure site is organized and properly maintained.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new employees; orient to post and post orders as needed.
