Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in security operations or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading teams and maintaining client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and risk assessments.
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and staff across projects.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, overseeing payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for service quality.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and operational excellence, including training, safety, and inventory management.
