Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, seeks a Client Manager in St. Louis to own key client relationships, lead security teams, and ensure optimal account performance.

The role runs Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. Candidate will use AI tools and BI platforms to optimize schedules, monitor metrics, and drive revenue growth while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess one of the following: a degree (criminal justice, business or related) with experience supervising hourly staff.
• Experience driving operational goals in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage dispersed teams.

Responsabilités

• Hire, develop and retain frontline staff for small to medium clients.
• Utilize AI tools and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget and accounts payable/receivable.
• Build client relationships and implement corrective action plans for satisfaction.
• Ensure service quality and regulatory compliance while maintaining safety standards.
• Create safety action plans to prevent work-related injuries.
