Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control costs including inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers while meeting client hours.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships: serve as primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues coordinating with clients and teams.
• Direct compliance and operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory.
