Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to drive daily security operations and lead a team of officers and supervisors. You will guide, develop, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and safety for people and places under contract.

The role emphasizes leadership, client service, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment. Compensation includes a payrate of $80K annually with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security personnel using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, inventory, and site operational standards; manage equipment and uniforms.
