Job summary

EY is seeking a Service Manager for the STS Lab at the Assistant Director level to govern the lab's priorities, budget, and operating cadence. You will define the service portfolio, own intake and prioritization, shape the roadmap, and serve as the main escalation point for stakeholders and leadership.

You will work with Security Architects and cross-functional SME teams to ensure the lab operates as a well-governed, funded engineering platform that scales effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM, PM, program mgmt, or security leadership.
• Single accountable owner for a technology service including budget and roadmap.
• Experience designing intake and prioritization processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budget tracking, cost allocation, funding requests and variance reporting.
• Experience delivering exec-level reporting and dashboards on service health and roadmap status.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure security tooling at governance level.
• Experience operating in a large global matrix organization with cross-geography coordination.
• Excellent documentation skills and governance artifact production.

Responsibilities

• Own the STS Lab service catalog scope, value, and communication to stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end intake and prioritization for lab requests and projects.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap across engineering and operations.
• Oversee lab budget, funding requests, and cost governance.
• Design regular reporting on lab performance and roadmap progress.
• Serve as primary escalation path for lab issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Establish and own lab operating cadence including stand-ups and reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and POC phases.
• Collaborate with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, and others to meet needs.
